• Manage incoming calls from patients, healthcare customers, and service providers • Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures. • Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome. • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions. • Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations. • Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are essential.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster, are required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information.
- Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.

• Evaluates, accepts, rejects or modifies new and renewal accounts within the established underwriting guidelines. Handle and make rapid decisions and problem solving on commercial risks. • Reviews and evaluates property inspections and makes the necessary recommendations for risk improvement.
