WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support social media execution by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. - Coordinate and maintain content calendars to align with campaigns, events, and company milestones. - Track performance metrics and compile monthly reports to evaluate audience growth and campaign effectiveness. - Assist with content creation including copy drafting, image coordination, and posting logistics. - Manage swag inventory, ordering, and distribution while maintaining organization of marketing materials and supplies. - Assist in creating and updating branded materials in alignment with company standards. - Support planning and execution of conferences, career fairs, and internal events. - Coordinate logistics including shipping materials, organizing assets, and supporting on site needs. - Develop internal communication materials such as event flyers and HR announcements. - Update business development materials including resumes, SOQs, and presentations. - Act as a central coordinator across marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and projects stay on track. - Manage tasks, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. - Monitor budgets, invoices, and performance metrics for assigned projects. - Provide support across marketing efforts as priorities evolve.
