Job Purpose and Impact The Resource Coordinator (open to remote) will make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of more complex administrative support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions. Key Accountabilities - Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes. - Schedule and coordinate team meeting offsites (hotel bookings, group activities, catering, etc.) Prepare on-site event materials. - Input a high volume of activities into our CRM tracking tool for sales teams, enter purchase requisitions, process purchase orders for invoice payments, and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments. - Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data to perform moderately complex data entry into one or more systems. - Plan, coordinate and confirm logistics for more complex meetings and travel. Including planning for upcoming team conferences and trade show events. Travel and assist on site with trade show booth set up, etc. - Assist team members with ordering supplies, large volumes of marketing materials and branded items, as well as booking travel, supporting new hire onboarding, and answering expense report questions. - Provide administrative support to five US based sales teams. Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with different team members and participate in recurring team calls. - Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent - Ability to travel within the United States a minimum of five times per year for conference events and team meetings - Minimum of four years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications - Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Experience with Microsoft Programs including Microsoft Teams - Experience with entering data into a CRM tool - Experience working with purchase order systems, such as SAP or similar ERP platforms #LI-JT1 Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet This position is posted internally and externally.
