MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in Columbia, MD. This position offers a hybrid-remote work schedule, balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility. In this role, you will conduct test data collection and analysis, while reporting status and results to key stakeholders. You will support the development of critical Government documentation, including Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategies, Master Plans, Readiness Assessments, and Reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with partner organizations to ensure program integration and provide specialized Test and Evaluation (T&E) capabilities tailored to system functions and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Produce associated Test Plans, Procedures, Reports, Briefings, and Data Management Plans. - Conduct research into and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts to support all related engineering acquisition and operations activities. - Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for Test and Evaluation (T&E) use. - Plan and execute data collection for test procedures and test cases. - Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability and criticality to frame and prioritize Test and Evaluation (T&E) objectives. - Coordinate with developers to leverage functional analysis, system descriptions, parameter selection, and dependencies. - Provide overall leadership of the Test and Evaluation (T&E) task and serve as primary liaison to the government for supporting contract coordination and task execution. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Engineering Management; an additional 4 years of Test Engineer experience may be substituted for a degree. - 8+ years' experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. - Experience with web automation test tools and frameworks, including: TestNG, Selenium, or Cypress Testing Automation Software. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with Mongo DB, including writing queries in JSON. - Experience writing queries in SQL. - Experience with User Interface testing against requirements and testing for accessibility. - Experience with JavaScript and Java development languages. Clearance Requirements: - Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. - Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. - Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. With the managing editor, this person develops, implements, and improves journal workflow processes.
