We are currently seeking to add a Survey Project Manager-PLS to our growing team in Lake Oswego, OR. Our team of surveyors offers a variety of surveying and mapping services so that there’s no misunderstanding about the land you are working on. We use cutting-edge technology to offer thorough land surveys. We use 3D imaging, drones, and GPS technology to create the most accurate picture of the land and satisfy all parties involved, from lenders to builders to property owners. In addition, we provide accurate data for easements and right-of-way disputes on any property. Our workstations are equipped with AutoCAD Civil 3D and point cloud processing to ensure that we can provide the most accurate information possible. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Coordinates with clients and client representatives on projects - Direct supervision of research, computation, fieldwork, and drafting - Reduces field data, performs non-routine and complex analysis from verbal instructions and under minimal supervision - Troubleshoot problems with measurements and gathering of field evidence - Implements and maintains surveying standards - Advises and assists other users with processes and methods. - Interfaces with Field and Office Leads on project-related matters. - Performs boundary research and resolutions under PLS review. - Performs cost estimates and scopes for survey proposals. • Conduct AS-Is and To-Be analysis for the process impacted by the implementation • Create and document OCM plan or strategy for the project • Assess project readiness for implementation and facilitate readiness communication • Conduct ADKAR assessment and develop remediation plans • Define OCM sponsorship and leadership roles and implement KPIs • Update Project’s Communication Management Plan and Strategy • Identify and train the client’s change agents needed for the project • Analyze persona-based needs and training requirements for the project teams • Develop a continuous improvement roadmap and establish reinforcement strategies

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with functional stakeholders and technical teams. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports for all active AI initiatives. • Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor engagements as applicable. • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for internal AI projects, including process automation, AI-assisted analytics, document intelligence, and productivity tooling. • Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business unit leads to ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and in alignment with firm policy. • Maintain a prioritized AI project backlog in coordination with the Corporate Operations leadership team. • Support vendor evaluation, pilot design, and proof-of-concept scoping for emerging AI tools under consideration. • Facilitate working sessions, steering committee updates, and executive briefings on project status and strategic progress; adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership. • Partner with change management resources to drive adoption of new AI-enabled workflows. • Uphold PMO standards for documentation, project intake, reporting, and lifecycle governance. • Contribute to the development and refinement of AI project templates, playbooks, and best practices. • Ensure proper documentation of AI use cases, data considerations, and operational handoffs.
