• Gestão de Roadmaps Estratégicos: Alinhamento de programas e iniciativas de produto/tecnologia com os OKRs da companhia. • Governança de Cronograma e Dependências: Gestão de riscos e mitigação de gargalos em estruturas complexas. • Conexão Estratégica: Gestão de boards garantindo o desdobramento da estratégia para a execução técnica. • Gestão de Stakeholders: Reporte executivo de status, riscos, impedimentos e marcos de entrega. • Gestão de Performance : Análise de Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput e CFD para otimização do fluxo. • PDCA Tático: Implementação de ciclos de melhoria contínua baseados em dados de eficiência e eficácia. • Facilitação de Ritos de Escala: Execução de Kickoffs, Pré-work de PI (SAFe), Discovery e Delivery Syncs. • Maturidade Ágil: Aplicação de Assessments (Radar de Maturidade) e desdobramento em planos de ação evolutivos. • Garantia dos métodos de trabalho: Garantir que os times sigam os métodos e frameworks definidos e alinhados pelo Banco.

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with functional stakeholders and technical teams. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports for all active AI initiatives. • Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor engagements as applicable. • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for internal AI projects, including process automation, AI-assisted analytics, document intelligence, and productivity tooling. • Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business unit leads to ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and in alignment with firm policy. • Maintain a prioritized AI project backlog in coordination with the Corporate Operations leadership team. • Support vendor evaluation, pilot design, and proof-of-concept scoping for emerging AI tools under consideration. • Facilitate working sessions, steering committee updates, and executive briefings on project status and strategic progress; adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership. • Partner with change management resources to drive adoption of new AI-enabled workflows. • Uphold PMO standards for documentation, project intake, reporting, and lifecycle governance. • Contribute to the development and refinement of AI project templates, playbooks, and best practices. • Ensure proper documentation of AI use cases, data considerations, and operational handoffs.

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical IT projects from initiation to delivery and handover, mainly in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, and Data Platform domains. • Translate business needs into clear delivery scope, priorities, and practical solutions that maximize business value within agreed budget and contract boundaries. • Own delivery priorities, including what gets built, what does not get built, and in what order. • Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and technical delivery constraints in alignment with agreed business outcomes. • Partner with clients on priorities, scope, trade-offs, risks, and solution direction; lead client-facing meetings and communicate progress clearly. • Work closely with technical teams, including data engineers, developers, architects, and business analysts, to remove blockers and drive problem-solving. • Lead or support Agile/Scrum ceremonies in Agile or hybrid delivery models. • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and lessons learned.
