Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Design and implement solutions for new application improvements. • Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces. • Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints. • Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets. • Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements. • Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
  • Associate degree or Equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
  • Experience leveraging ITSM and NowCreate toolsets to develop custom-scoped applications.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, and strong knowledge of Agile methodology and concepts.
  • Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and prior experience using UI Path automation tools.
