• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts to build long‑term partnerships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with customer needs and company capabilities. • Develop and propose value‑added solutions, including customised products where appropriate. • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and agreements, to achieve sustainable profitability. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (including Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience. • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline information. • Ensure adherence to company policies, Health & Safety requirements, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities effectively.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Role Description Casainc is seeking multiple commission-only Sales Representatives to expand our presence in key U.S. regions, including California, Texas, New York, and Florida. In this role, you will drive B2B sales of our core kitchen and bath product lines by building relationships with local building material dealers, interior designers, renovation contractors, and retail showrooms. This position is remote-based within your region; however, it requires frequent local travel to meet clients on-site. As an ambassador of the Casainc brand, you will spend most of your time in the field to develop new business opportunities. We provide comprehensive product training, marketing materials, CRM tools, and dedicated support for after-sales service and quotations, empowering you to succeed in a commission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners in the assigned region. - Promote and sell Casainc’s kitchen and bath product lines to meet client needs and drive sales growth. - Identify new business opportunities in the market and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing effective territory sales plans. - Serve as a brand ambassador for Casainc, providing product demonstrations, technical information, and professional consultation to prospective customers. - Collaborate with the Casainc support team to prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions and provide regular market feedback to management. Qualifications - Proven sales experience in the bathroom, kitchen, home improvement, or building materials industry. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. - Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients (must have a valid driver’s license). - Proficiency in using basic office software to manage leads and sales reports. - An existing network of contacts in the local building materials or interior design industry is a plus.
