Role Description The Data Entry Coordinator is a contract position designed to assist the company during their transition to the new ERP system, SAP S/4Hana. The primary focus of this role is to perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information within the new system. - Review orders in S4 with information from the operations team. - Ensure production order dates are accurately reflected. - Check for full accuracy of information. - Verify correct information and escalate if discrepancies are found. - Perform other duties as assigned, with primary focus on data entry and accuracy verification. Qualifications - Proficient data entry skills. - Experience with SAP S/4Hana. - Prior experience in data entry and coordination. - Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Requirements - This position is a remote role following a training period of approximately 1-2 weeks. - The role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with required flexibility during the first month for earlier meeting times as necessary. - This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.
