• Perform servicing of fire pumps systems in line with specified scope of works, ensuring servicing is completed fully and to a high standard of quality. • Provide detailed and accurate servicing reports, providing an assessment of any remedial requirements to ensure the integrity of the fire systems for our clients. • Perform any repair work as required to fire pumps systems, in line with the scope of works set out and agreed with the client. • Travel outside of area where needed, to service our client needs. • Perform monthly stock checks on your van, to provide timely stock sheets to our Stores. • Perform monthly PPE and Vehicle checks, to provide timely and forms to our safety team. • Attend out of hours call outs as and when needed. • Act with integrity and professionalism in all communications with clients and colleagues. • Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practice within the industry. • Use and maintain your vehicles and tools in line with company policy. • Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Design, develop, and modify IP, SD-WAN, and security network solutions aligned to customer requirements and service standards. • Work closely with sales, design engineering, technical managers, project management, and service delivery teams to support end-to-end service delivery. • Support customers through service turn-up and acceptance, troubleshooting issues related to routing, throughput, and overall service performance. • Create, maintain, and update engineering processes, workflows, and technical documentation. • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery. • Manage and maintain client service resource allocations. • Contribute to the organisational knowledge base and share technical insights with peers. • Represent the company from a technical perspective when engaging with customers and partners.

• Troubleshoot server and network hardware including fiber/optic cables, optics, and hardware componenets • Manage circuit move, add, change and disconnection orders (MACDs) life cycle. • Directly execute or manage local vendor technicians for servers, circuits and maintenance troubleshooting. • Facilitate physical layer installation of server and network cabling according to cabling matrices. • Physical server and circuit troubleshooting and fault analysis. • Provide ongoing support of production environment and coordinate with vendors, system owners, and other operations teams in order to resolve any issues. • Responsible for coordinating and tracking requests/orders and providing weekly reports. • Post documentation on each implementation. • Participate in On-Call Rotation for Ad-Hoc troubleshooting between internal teams and external providers • Assist with other regional works during business hours for maintenance related works.
