Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a crucial role that works closely with business stakeholders, the tech team, and executives at Foundever. The primary function of this position is to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive growth and improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data mining, visualization, and a keen understanding of modern data analysis techniques. - Analyze complex data systems and patterns to drive strategic business decisions. - Transform raw data sets into actionable business insights through advanced analytics tools. - Maintain data integrity and accuracy via meticulous validation. - Create and present detailed reports on findings to influence strategic business decisions. - Collaborate with multiple teams to understand business objectives and identify data-driven solutions. - Participate in the design and support of various data infrastructure projects, including but not limited to, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a data analyst role or similar. - Proficiency in data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and modeling. - Adept at using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellence in SQL and programming skills in Python or R. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Role Description The Data Analytics Senior Consultant I will develop, maintain, and continuously improve predictive models and operational forecasts for Claims demand and capacity, ensuring accurate and consistent outputs.
