Role Description Our Energy and Resources Division works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, oil and gas projects across the country. These include: - Process plant modifications - Upstream flowlines - Leases - Network gathering and distribution systems - Major gas transmission pipelines - Oil and gas above ground processing facilities - Maintenance, integrity and construction related work programs We are recruiting for a GIS Analyst to be based in our Philippines team and work remotely to support our team and clients in Australia. The successful candidate will initially be hired by our partner agency in the Philippines before switching to the Fyfe Philippines entity once established in the near future. • Manage import processes for samples, inputs, equipment and seeds, from the initial request through delivery to the destination. • Track air, sea and road shipments, monitoring deadlines, costs and shipment status; • Monitor arrivals at ports, airports and border crossings; • Review and validate import documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB / CRT, Phytosanitary Certificate and Import License (LI); • Serve as the focal point with customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers; • Authorize DUIMP registrations, approve taxes and fees/operational expenses; • Ensure correct tax classification (NCM), technical description and intended use of items to be imported; • Request metrics from the customs broker; • Liaise with the Logistics team on transportation arrangements from ports and airports to Corteva plants; • Ensure import process records are up to date in the import control SharePoint sites; • Serve as the focal point for coordination between Golden Express and production units for courier export of samples; • Monitor import demands with key importers on a monthly basis; • Provide occasional support for seed export processes.

• Research, interpret, and apply coding, payer, and regulatory requirements to support accurate and compliant Professional and Hospital coding practices • Develop, maintain, and update coding guidance, standard work, reference materials, and position statements to ensure enterprise consistency • Coordinate and support coding quality audits by routing requests, maintaining records, and verifying documentation completeness and accuracy • Analyze coding quality data and audit results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Partner with Integrity Operations, coding leadership, clinicians, and education teams to improve documentation quality and coding accuracy
