Role Description Our Digital Agency is seeking a Content and Design Analyst to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will be responsible for managing, planning, designing, and implementing the communications strategy to our customers through the company’s owned channels. Their primary objective is to drive conversion and loyalty by producing relevant content and designing high-value graphic assets for actions via email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, the web, or other channels. These activities will align with the commercial objectives of our brands, based on the defined strategy and the data available. - Maintain a direct relationship with the marketing teams of each brand and ensure a high level of service delivery to our internal clients. - Manage client relationships and requests (client-facing). - Ensure the planning and correct execution of commercial campaigns via email, SMS, and other channels. - Lead content and design projects within the direct marketing team, coordinating initiatives with various areas (CRM, Business Analysts, Product, Automation). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, insights, and feedback that underpin design and content decisions. - Continuously measure and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise content for maximum impact. Qualifications - Experience of leading projects or coordinating interdisciplinary initiatives, with a focus on the quality of services delivered. - Experience in client management and handling requirements via email design briefs. - Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with UX/UI. - Experience working with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). - Experience using AI-based tools for content generation, image editing, or data analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, DALL·E, etc.). THE ROLE As a member of the Venue Nation IT team, the Project Implementation Analyst within Service Delivery will join a talented, diversified team that supports a variety of initiatives across the Venue Nation IT division. As a member of the team, this individual will operate as a project management resource based in the central or eastern regions. Working with executive leadership, this position will help implement workflows to meet strategic objectives, influence internal and external support teams and develop vendor partnerships.
