• Suportar estudos sob encomenda (ad hoc) com eficiência e precisão, garantindo a qualidade das análises e entregas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, em resposta às necessidades específicas das áreas solicitantes; • Aprimorar relatórios e ferramentas de apoio à gestão, auxiliando nas decisões das áreas de negócio; • Monitorar e atualizar os relatórios de Inteligência de Mercado, garantindo a precisão e relevância das informações para os clientes internos, além de identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos e na funcionalidade dos relatórios; • Prestar suporte às áreas internas na realização de pesquisas de satisfação, opinião pública e estudos de campo, orientando na interpretação dos dados coletados e fornecendo insights relevantes para o desenvolvimento de estratégias de marketing, vendas, comunicação e assuntos regulatórios; • Identificar e analisar acontecimentos mercadológicos relevantes, fornecendo insights sobre o comportamento da demanda e identificando potenciais oportunidades de negócios, incluindo renovação ou extensão de linha de produtos, por meio de estudos elaborados e análises de tendências de mercado.
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior completo;
- Experiência anterior com processos da área de inteligência de mercado/produtividade de força de vendas;
- Domínio avançado do pacote office.
- Conhecimento sobre ferramenta de BI, Tableu ou Qlikview
- Conhecimento sobre as principais auditorias de demanda e prescrição (IQVIA e Close-up)
- Inglês intermediário para leitura e escrita.

Internship-Commercial Intelligence Analyst

Role Description The Commercial Intelligence Analyst Intern will help Arclin build a robust, repeatable, and sustainable reporting system that tracks and interprets competitive products entering North America from global manufacturers across Arclin’s engaged markets—particularly those aligned with our own product portfolio. This work will enable data-informed commercial decisions and visibility for leadership and cross-functional partners. This role is within our Specialized Materials Department. This can be a remote opportunity-given the right candidate. - Identify, evaluate, and document data sources (public, third-party, and internal) relevant to global competitor products moving into North America in Arclin’s markets. - Design and pilot a repeatable reporting framework (data intake, transformation, quality checks, outputs) that can be sustained by the business post-internship. - Build dashboards and/or scheduled reports that surface trends, volumes, and competitive signals; prepare concise readouts for leadership. - Partner with the Specialized Materials team and mentor to validate assumptions, align metrics, and iterate deliverables. - Document methodology, data dictionaries, and maintenance SOPs to ensure long-term sustainability as it relates to repeatable and sustainable reporting systems. Qualifications - Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort working with datasets. - Proficiency with AI tools including Claude. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; ability to translate findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative working style. Requirements - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and/or basic SQL. - Familiarity with competitive intelligence, trade/import data, industry market research, or secondary research techniques. - Exposure to building reporting pipelines, dashboards, or KPI frameworks. The ideal candidate is technically strong, analytically rigorous, and deeply familiar with adversary tradecraft. This role goes beyond monitoring feeds. You will analyze adversary behavior, correlate multi-source intelligence, map activity to MITRE ATT&CK, and produce actionable intelligence that drives detection engineering, incident response, and strategic security decisions.
