• Maintenance, configuration and continuous upkeep of the d.velop DMS environment • Analysis of system incidents and sustainable troubleshooting of the document management system • Management of users, roles and permissions in the DMS • Technical support and user assistance for document management-related inquiries • Integration of the DMS into existing IT systems such as ERP, e-mail or SAP via interfaces and process chains • Performing updates, patches and optimization of the system landscape • Creation and maintenance of system documentation, process descriptions and user guides • Conducting training and onboarding sessions for users in the operation of the document management system

Job Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics / IT or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the administration of DMS/ECM systems, ideally with d.velop documents (d.3ecm)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, SQL databases and Active Directory
  • Structured, reliable working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills when interacting with users and IT teams
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

This role coordinates Board and shareholder meeting processes, maintains key corporate records, and supports implementation of Board decisions. You will act as a key liaison with directors, officers, shareholders, auditors, and external advisers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience in corporate administration, corporate secretarial, governance, legal entity management, or a related regulated/professional services environment. - Working knowledge of corporate compliance obligations, statutory filings, and maintaining corporate records and registers. - Experience preparing board documentation, drafting minutes and resolutions, and coordinating governance calendars and deliverables. - Strong attention to detail, document control discipline, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort working with document management systems. Role Description The Senior Compensation Administrator is accountable for the timely oversight and commission payments to our Canadian distributors. The Senior Compensation Administrator provides customer service at established service levels to the various distribution channels by accurately answering questions and/or resolving compensation inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Respond to and ensure efficient and accurate resolution to daily telephone and email inquiries pertaining to compensation issues, meeting established service level standards. - Research and investigate issues, recommend solutions, test and support implementation.
