Digital Designer III

Samsara

• Own design execution for high-impact digital projects (websites, landing pages, campaigns, etc.), from concept to launch • Demonstrate thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance creativity, speed and quality of design work • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for stakeholder alignment • Develop and maintain scalable design systems for Samsara’s digital touchpoints • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and intent • Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, analytics) to drive continuous improvement of the user experience • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital, web, or product design
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and web prototyping tools
  • Portfolio showcasing responsive web, digital campaigns, and/or product design
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of web accessibility, UX and UI best practices
  • A blend of systems thinking, visual storytelling, and digital brand design.
  • B2B/SaaS design experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (not required, but helpful for collaboration)
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Experience with motion
