• Own and evolve the Oasis visual identity — ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Oasis • Design creative assets for demand gen campaigns, ABM programs, digital advertising, and events — from concept through delivery • Create high-impact one-pagers, pitch decks, and event materials that make the Oasis story impossible to ignore • Own the design of web pages and landing pages that drive conversion and reinforce Oasis's position as category leader • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to translate messaging into visuals that resonate with CISOs • Leverage AI design tools to accelerate production and deliver higher-quality assets at scale
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years in graphic design or visual marketing within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
- Experience designing for security or identity personas is a significant advantage
- Previous experience designing for cybersecurity brands or creating visuals for technical enterprise audiences is a major plus
- Proven ability to produce across formats — digital ads, presentations, web, print, and event materials — with a strong portfolio to show for it
- You are a "doer" who can also think big. You move seamlessly from brand strategy to the pixel-level details of a campaign asset
- You measure success by the impact your work has on brand perception and pipeline — not just the number of assets delivered
- You are curious about and comfortable using AI design tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI) to accelerate your creative output and push the quality of your work

We are seeking a Director of TCG & Pop Culture Marketing to lead strategy and execution for PSA’s TCG and Pop Culture grading categories, including Pokémon, comics, magazines, and video games. This role owns how products come to market and scale, spanning positioning, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle growth. The Director serves as the central connector across Product, Operations, Growth, and Brand to ensure clarity of strategy and disciplined execution. This leader brings deep, first-hand credibility in TCG ecosystems alongside strong product marketing leadership and plays a critical role in strengthening PSA’s position at the center of the collector ecosystem. You’ll report to the Senior Director of PSA Marketing and work from our Santa Ana or New Jersey office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time.
