Title: SMT JTAC Program Manager Location: United States Department: Project/Program Management Job Description: Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a Joint Terminal Attack Controller Instructor/Evaluator (JTAC I/E) in support of the JTAC Instructor course (JIC) facility located at the Moore County Airport, NC. 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) (1SFC), JTAC Instructor Course (JIC) is a way to standardize SOF JTAC-I training throughout 1SFC and provide instructor candidates with a larger scope of information than simply minimum time as a SOF JTAC. The syllabus covers concepts in instructing, standardized CAS Cadence, scenario development, product development, simulator training techniques, classroom instructor techniques, mission preparation, execution and debriefings. The course closes out with a live-fly CASEX using contract air support assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary task: Support four (4) JTAC Instructor Courses (JIC) consisting of 2 x weeks and 4 courses per year at Moore County, NC. Secondary task: Remain flexible to cover down on any training opportunities that require JTAC-I or JTAC-E duties. Duties include, but not limited to: - Will perform JTAC/JTAC-I/JTAC-Evaluator control duties. - Must successfully pass a SPOT JTAC and JTAC-I evaluation within two months of hire. - Will maintain currency and proficiency in JTAC, JTAC Instructor, and JTAC Evaluator qualifications; in accordance with JTAC MOU, USSOCOM M350-5, USASOC Sup 1, 1SFC D350-1, Appendix M and SF Group guidance. - Will provide instruction to JTAC trainees, JTACs, JTAC Instructors and JTAC Evaluators in accordance with JFS ESC, SOCOM, USASOC, 1SFC and SF Group guidance. - Will develop, maintain, and update course materials; giving and grading exams; coordinating classroom space and logistical requirements; classroom and field instruction; and documenting every aspect of student performance. - Will perform specified notional CAS, Rotary Wing, Artillery (ARTY), Naval Surface Fires Support (NSFS) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Electronic Warfare (EW) requirements and duties with simulators in lieu of CCAS or military aircraft duties. - Will assist with range scheduling and mission duties for range operations. - Will provided/develop JTAC simulator scenarios and simulator operations as needed. - When requested, shall attend Fire Support and JTAC conferences, symposiums, meetings and working groups to ensure program continuity. - Will provide CAS/CCAS malfunction, accident, incident response and reporting. - Will attend annual professional development training as directed by the JTAC program supervisor. - Assist with maintaining JIC course curriculum, academic folders, JTAC online folder management, after action reports and program plans. - Navigate day or night, to and from the training are complying with local range procedures. - Provide initial, recurring, requalification and spot objectivity evaluations as required. - Shall participate in all virtual and DMO training and exercises as required. - Possess advance knowledge of Joint, and Special Operations Forces operations, JTAC employment scenarios, JTAC tactics, techniques, and procedures. Requirements Minimum Requirements Knowledge and Skills The required skills and knowledge include: - Military academic instructor experience (Preferred). - JTAC Instructor experience. - JTAC Evaluator experience. - Minimum of two years Active Duty, Guard or Reserve SOF JTAC experience. - Maintain JTAC, JTAC-I, JTAC-E qualifications. - Maintain proficiency in simulator operations with the ability to calibrate and operate all assigned simulator equipment and operation required scenarios. - Must possess navigation/map and compass skills. - Must possess a valid civilian Driver’s License. - All other applicable duties assigned by site lead and supervisor. Education & Skills - High School Education or GED equivalent. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Access, Word etc. - Working knowledge of JTAC online currency/folder management tools. - Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to make a good company impression. - Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills. US Security Clearance Required: Secret - must be able to obtain/maintain per contract requirements. Electrical Engineer III

Role Description This position is for an electrical engineer to assist in the design, development, and documentation of electrical systems modifications for C5ISR Systems to include: - Aircraft systems - Tactical and Enterprise Radios - RF communications - Networks and computers Applicant will work with Sr. electrical engineers and engineering manager to understand requirements and translate those requirements into system level installation drawings and wiring harness fabrication drawings. Responsibilities include: - Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use. - Responsible for complex and difficult assignments that require expert application of electrical engineering knowledge and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Closely coordinate with engineering team members to ensure electrical modifications are captured in their structural modification drawings. - Closely coordinate with avionics technicians to ensure they understand electrical modification installation instructions. - Work independently on designing engineering projects, manufacturing assignments, and C5ISR modification and/or repair assignments. - Meet goals and objectives by providing avionic and electrical systems designs, qualified resources, and training as needed. - Responsible for the systems engineering product of assigned task. - Ensure that appropriate resources and standards are provided to enable engineering support for all assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Provides engineering investigation support and technical leadership to maintenance managers and personnel. - Perform administrative activities necessary for the effective management of organization goals and objectives, configuration and document controls, project scheduling, standards metrics within the department, and product quality. - Interface with all other departments to ensure a cooperative effort. - Assist technicians in clarification and interpretation of installation and harness fabrication drawings. - Support test operations to troubleshoot installation errors. Qualifications - Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of recent and relevant experience within Navy and other DoD organizations in Systems Engineering Support. - At least one year must include supervisory experience. - Electrical Systems Engineer with experience in aircraft systems. - Experience with aircraft 28v DC power distribution systems. - Experience with aircraft 115v AC power systems. - Experience with Aircraft navigation and communications systems. - Experience with Aircraft specific wiring and harness fabrication requirements. - Experience with Solid Edge and Auto CAD 2D drawing programs and can generate wiring schematics with Bill of Materials. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Discipline from a four-year college or university. Desired Requirements - Experience with ISR systems and their implementations on aircraft. - Experience generating reports and analysis in support of electrical system installations. - Ability to troubleshoot faults and create solutions. - Simens Team Center proficiency. - Experience with video distribution systems. - Experience working with SOF C5ISR Systems to include Tactical and Enterprise Radios, RF communications, networks and computers. • oversee the requisition and acquisition of goods and services for the company • review purchase requests from employees and departments, identify qualified vendors, and gather competitive quotations • select the most cost‑effective and reliable option and issue purchase orders accordingly • work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery • complete receiving in the system for incoming goods, verifying with Operations that all items are complete, accurate, and in acceptable condition • manage receiving documentation, ensuring proper reconciliation and forwarding of records for timely payment processing • manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders based on approved requisitions, RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement documents • lead vendor sourcing efforts by researching, evaluating, and developing new and alternative suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability • build and maintain strong supplier relationships, partnering closely with vendors to negotiate optimal terms and ensure on‑time delivery • monitor, evaluate, and report on supplier performance to support continuous improvement and supply chain reliability • review MRP requirements and schedule component deliveries to meet production timelines, adjusting purchase orders and pricing as needed • track and expedite critical purchase orders to prevent production delays and maintain seamless operations • participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and overall operational efficiency.
