Role Description We’re hiring a Logistics & Operations Data Specialist to support the day-to-day logistics, inventory, and operational reporting functions of a growing ecommerce business. This role is primarily focused on logistics coordination, inventory management, operational reporting, and spreadsheet-based analysis. Alongside operations responsibilities, you’ll also help improve internal workflows using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — supporting areas such as reporting, dashboards, automation, and repetitive task optimization. This is not a highly technical engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong logistics and operational thinking who is comfortable using modern AI tools to improve efficiency and systems over time.
