Job Description

Clinical Partnerships Associate

Nabi

• Reach out to medical practices via phone and email • Handle a steady volume of outreach each day • Introduce Nabi to office managers, care coordinators, and clinicians • Explain how our referral process works and make it easy for practices to send patients our way • Follow up consistently and document touchpoints in our CRM • Navigate common questions about insurance, scheduling, and patient experience • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with referring practices • Coordinate closely with the clinical operations team to ensure referred patients are handled smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business side of medicine (pre-med, post-bacc, public health, nursing, or healthcare admin backgrounds strongly encouraged)
  • Strong communicator with warm, confident energy
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and professional phone conversations
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with follow-ups
  • Attention to detail when tracking outreach and managing a pipeline of practices
  • Comfortable using scripts and following clear processes
