Registered Dietitian – Eating Disorder

• Provide virtual, 1:1 nutrition counseling to adolescent and/or adult patients with eating disorders and various nutritional concerns or medical conditions (not limited to eating disorders) • Practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model • Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient’s needs • Document care clearly and on time using our secure digital platform • Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other care team members for integrated, patient-led treatment • Contribute to a strong referral network and positive reputation in the community • Participate in team meetings, consult groups, and professional development opportunities • Maintain a private, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners • Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals • Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process • Collaborate closely with clinical and operations team members to ensure providers and patients have a smooth experience • Work primarily remotely, with occasional in-person events such as conferences and partner site visits to deepen provider relationships and represent Nabi in the field

Billing, Credentialing & Back-Office Operations Coordinator

• Manage day-to-day billing workflows, including claims submission, reconciliation, and follow-up • Track and resolve claim denials and follow up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement • Maintain accurate billing, insurance, and provider records within EMR and practice management systems • Support revenue cycle reporting and collaborate with operations leadership to improve efficiency • Manage credentialing and payer enrollment for new Registered Dietitians (RDs) • Track credentialing timelines to ensure clinicians are onboarded and billable as efficiently as possible • Maintain up-to-date provider licenses, credentials, and payer statuses • Ensure provider capacity keeps pace with patient growth • Support onboarding of clinicians into EMRs, billing systems, and administrative workflows • Maintain accurate provider and administrative data across internal systems • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and clinician administrative support as needed • Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and build scalable operational processes • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements across all workflows • Serve as a point of contact for clinicians and patients regarding administrative and billing questions • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in a patient-centered care environment
Therapist – Eating Disorder Specialist

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions (53-minute sessions, CPT 90837) to patients with eating disorders and related conditions • Collaborate directly with Registered Dietitians on shared patients — coordinated treatment planning, warm handoffs, and joint case review • Administer and track validated screening tools (GAD-7, PHQ-9, EDQS) to measure patient progress and inform treatment • Help design session playbooks, clinical workflows, and the overall therapy program as we build out this service line • Address co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disorders, and body image disturbance • Complete clinical documentation in our EMR within 48 hours of each session • Navigate mature minor consent for adolescent patients as applicable under Washington State law • Participate in regular clinical peer support calls and care coordination meetings
• Call and text patients to schedule their first appointment • Handle a steady volume of outreach each day • Follow up consistently and document touchpoints • Explain our program clearly and compassionately • Navigate common questions or concerns • Coordinate closely with the care team for smooth handoff
