• Lead UX‑focused project management for SSO modernization, ensuring user flows, onboarding experiences, and authentication journeys are optimized and consistent. • Partner with VA stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to translate ICAM requirements into clear UX artifacts (journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, acceptance criteria). • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver UX improvements across Entra ID (SSOi) and Okta (SSOe) integrations. • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for UX‑related SSO initiatives. • Ensure UX recommendations align with Zero Trust, NIST 800‑63, and VA ICAM standards. • Support change management, communication, and training materials for improved user experience. • Provide executive‑ready reporting, dashboards, and briefings on UX progress and SSO adoption metrics.
Job Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with UX processes, including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Working knowledge of ICAM, SSO, and authentication technologies (Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, MFA, federation, OAuth/OIDC/SAML).
- Ability to translate technical identity workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to brief leadership and collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Agile teams and managing iterative UX deliverables.
- Experience supporting VA, DoD, or other federal agencies.
- Familiarity with VA SSO, onboarding processes, and application integration patterns.
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Jira and Confluence.

Role Description The role of the Project Manager is to provide one point of contact for customers during new equipment warranty timeframe. Responsible to work in conjunction with Konecranes global warranty teams, engineering and sales, provide continual updates to New Equipment BU heads. Responsibilities: - Read customer projects from initiation to handover. Facilitate all communication and work execution to ensure project success. - Travel to customer sites for kickoff meetings, work checks, and handover meetings. - Initiate and lead internal kickoff and post-mortem meetings with key stakeholders. - Generate service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) and assign to field operatives. - Review job costs such as labor, expense and materials. Review charge lines of completed work before sending to invoice. Qualifications - Must be customer-oriented, have well-developed interpersonal, communication and PC skills and be able to prioritize tasks. - Technical Associate’s degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2-3 years planning or executing customer projects preferred. Technical understanding of cranes and technology preferred.
