Customer Service Representative
PPG
• Process customer purchase orders, sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers. • Late order tracking and communicating updates to Sales and Customers. • Review and update orders daily in ERP system (Oracle). • Product & Customer Data maintenance, submitting requests for changes. • Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments. • Manage inventory in a cost-effective manner, tracking and acting on Make and Hold orders. • Work with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 2+ years of previous experience supporting high-volume customer service.
- Experience answering customer inquiries for quotes, parts, order details, and updates usually by email.
- Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate.
- Basic Proficiency with computers including Email, Word, Excel, and order systems such as SAP or Oracle.
