If this sounds like you, the Precoa ACEP Support Team wants to meet you! **What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)**As an ACEP Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming RSVP phone calls for one of our premier lead sources known as advertised community education events. Your primary role will be interacting with potential customers and maintaining the RSVP process to ensure that these events run smoothly. This role requires someone with customer service skills, strong work ethic, an upbeat and positive attitude and the ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)

- This position is for the late shift on the team which will require maintaining a schedule that accommodates our west-coast clients, 9 or 10am PST start time.
- Applicants in the Pacific or Mountain time zones are preferred.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
- Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
- Strong written communication and composition skills
- High level of professionalism
- Task Management – Works well taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
