Data Migration Consultant

• Deliver end-to-end HR data migration activities for the SuccessFactors implementation. • Design, develop, and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. • Support payroll parallel testing by preparing and loading necessary data sets. • Manage and execute delta loads to ensure data synchronisation and accuracy. • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies. • Document data migration processes, mappings, and validation rules.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data migration
  • Proven experience in data migration, specifically within SuccessFactors or SAP HCM implementations.
  • Strong proficiency with ETL tools (SAP BODS preferred; DataStage/Informatica acceptable).
  • Expertise in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and validation.
  • Understanding of HR data objects and structures.
  • Experience in supporting payroll testing cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with offshore colleagues.
  • SuccessFactors data migration certification (Desirable).
  • Experience with other data quality and governance tools (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems (Desirable).
