Job Requirements

  • Experiencia sólida (mín. 5 años) en roles comerciales y/o preventa tecnológica, desarrollo de negocio o preventa con fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Experiencia demostrable en apertura de nuevos clientes y generación de oportunidades desde cero.
  • Background técnico suficiente para mantener conversaciones de alto nivel sobre desarrollo de software, arquitectura, cloud, data e IA (no necesariamente perfil hands-on actual).
  • Experiencia real trabajando con Inteligencia Artificial Generativa aplicada al desarrollo de software (copilots, automatización, generación de código, testing, modernización, etc.).
  • Capacidad para conectar negocio y tecnología con un discurso claro, convincente y orientado a impacto.
  • Mentalidad claramente hunter, proactiva y orientada a la creación de pipeline.
  • Alta capacidad de comunicación, influencia y storytelling tecnológico.
  • Visión de mercado y sensibilidad para detectar tendencias antes de que se consoliden.
  • Inglés nivel mínimo B2 (interlocución profesional).
