Role Description Vivant's Training & Development team ensures every employee is set up for success from day one. We're looking for a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to keep our onboarding and learning operations running smoothly as we scale. This is an execution-focused role. You'll own the logistics and coordination layer of training, scheduling, tracking, LMS management, and documentation, while supporting the Staff Trainer in delivery. What You'll Do - Training Operations - Coordinate training schedules, session invites, and attendance tracking - Manage LMS enrollment, progress tracking, completion monitoring, and learner follow-ups - Ensure training materials, links, and modules are uploaded, organized, and accessible - Maintain training documentation, attendance logs, and compliance trackers - Help prepare training materials, decks, LMS modules, and reference links prior to sessions - Onboarding Support - Support new hire onboarding workflows to ensure required training is completed on time - Serve as the coordination point between new hires, HR, and the Staff Trainer - LMS Administration & Knowledge Base - Assist employees in navigating Knowledge Base (KB) articles - Flag outdated, unclear, or inconsistent training content or KB articles to the Staff Trainer for resolution - Ensure training references (slides, LMS, guides) remain aligned with the most current KB articles - Maintain working familiarity with company-wide and department-level KB structures - Help ensure LMS courses are correctly assigned based on role and department - Support updates to LMS content for Staff Trainer review - Reporting - Collect training feedback and learner progress data - Prepare training summaries and reports for Staff Trainer review - Help document new hire progress, gaps, and areas for reinforcement - Ad-hoc - Perform other ad-hoc activities that may be assigned by the Staff Trainer from time to time Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field - Relevant training or trainer certifications are considered an asset Requirements - 2–3 years in training coordination, HR support, onboarding, or learning operations - Hands-on experience with an LMS platform (enrollment, tracking, reporting) - Familiarity with SOPs, process documentation, or Knowledge Base systems - BPO, shared services, or high-volume onboarding environment experience is a plus Skills - Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through - Clear written and verbal communication - Comfortable managing multiple trainees and tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Teams - Able to follow structured processes and escalate appropriately Benefits - Base Salary: PHP 25,000 – 40,000/month - 13th Month Pay - 15 Days Service Incentive Leave - HMO Coverage (Maxicare) + Dental - Statutory benefits + allowances - Performance bonuses - Free training and certifications
