• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, RDS/Aurora), including databases, storage, and system performance • Administer and support eClinicalWorks (EHR), ensuring data accuracy, user access, and system integrations • Develop and maintain data integrations and automation workflows (APIs, ETL processes, Power Automate) across platforms (eCW, Zoho, RingCentral, etc.) • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and data security protocols, maintaining audit readiness • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user support requests • Partner with leadership on data strategy, reporting needs, and system improvements • Maintain clear documentation for systems, workflows, and data processes • Support system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing optimization projects

• The Disability Management Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Workers’ Compensation Program and oversees the third-party administrators' management of Telecare's workers’ compensation claims. • The Disability Management Administrator works closely with HR, Leadership and Staff to provide training, claim reporting guidance, and claim status updates. • The Disability Management Administrator interprets Labor Code regulations and the appropriate application for occupational injuries/illnesses. • Assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of initiatives, strategies, training, and education programs to control the costs of Telecare's Workers' Compensation program.

• Support the Contracts Management Team in the drafting, redlining, and administrative execution of agreements. • Adhere to compliance measures for contract organization and data integrity within the Salesforce environment. • Support the team by executing tasks in the Conga CPQ and CLM systems to ensure a smooth sales-to-signature workflow. • Assist in tracking and categorizing executed documents to maintain a 'source of truth' database.

• Develop and evolve monitoring infrastructure for high-load production systems; • Design and improve observability solutions for internal services and customer-facing products; • Build and maintain Grafana dashboards, uptime monitoring, and alerting systems; • Develop and optimize monitoring integrations using Elasticsearch and related technologies; • Improve incident detection and monitoring reliability across distributed infrastructure; • Support and troubleshoot monitoring infrastructure issues; • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering teams; • Participate in architectural and technical discussions related to monitoring and observability.
