Role Description Pogun is building infrastructure that brings programmability to Bitcoin, an asset base that is large, established, and has so far seen limited use beyond settlement. We are hiring a product owner to help us deliver against that opportunity. You will run the engineering operating system across Pogun: backlog, delivery tracking, dependencies, and the cadences that keep a multi-project team moving in the same direction. You will work day to day with the engineering manager and the engineers, serving as the head of product’s line of sight into how delivery is going. Part of the job is keeping a clear, honest read on what the team is shipping and when, and summarizing it at the level leadership needs without dragging them into ticket-level detail. We want someone who takes initiative. The first version of this role will not be fully defined on day one. You should expect to find gaps in process, tooling, reporting, and coordination, and to close them without being asked. What you’ll own - Backlog and Linear hygiene across Pogun projects: Definition of Ready, epic decomposition, dependencies, labels, and stale-issue cleanup. - Delivery tracking with engineering leads: milestones, target dates, slippage flagged early. - Weekly delivery summaries for the head of product and stakeholders: what shipped, what is shipping next, what is at risk. Outcome-level, not ticket-level. - KPI dashboards that tie user stories to shipped outputs. Build them with AI tooling, then maintain them. - Cross-team coordination: outsourced contributors, business development, and product peers. - Process and tooling: workflow conventions, automated-finding sweeps (RUSTSEC, Renovate), PR-review nudges. - Roadmap and GTM input: actively consult on sequencing and feasibility, flag misalignment between marketing and reality. - Operational glue: software license procurement, team event logistics, day-to-day Slack presence. Qualifications - Five or more years in technical product ownership, delivery management, or technical program management. - Demonstrated ownership of an engineering backlog at scale (Linear, Jira, or similar). - A track record of taking initiative: spotting what is missing, proposing a fix, and shipping it without waiting to be told. - Working understanding of GitHub, pull requests, CI/CD, and testing practices. - Enough technical literacy in our stack (Bitcoin, BitVM, Cardano, cross-chain bridging) to triage without round-tripping every detail to engineering. - Strong written communication. Crisp, summary-level reporting is a core deliverable. - Comfort building lightweight dashboards using modern AI-assisted tooling. - Bonus: prior crypto or Web3 engineering exposure, experience with distributed contributors. Requirements - You will have the authority to reject issues that fail the Definition of Ready and to set priority within agreed initiatives. - We hire owners, not note-takers. - Priority order when the week gets busy: delivery tracking and reporting first, backlog discipline second, dashboards and operational glue after that. - Sprint planning never slips for offsite logistics. Benefits - Fully remote, with reasonable European overlap. - Direct line to the head of product and engineering leadership, with real authority to shape the role. - Meaningful infrastructure work that brings programmability to Bitcoin. - Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and location.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 5,200Since 2005

Your role at DynatraceWe are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the strategy, vision, and execution for the Dynatrace Hub and App Delivery experience. This role sits at the intersection of platform, ecosystem, and developer experience — shaping how internal teams, partners, and customers discover, distribute, and consume extensions and applications across the Dynatrace platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end app and extension release lifecycle, the Hub as a marketplace and discovery surface, and the processes that ensure quality, trust, and velocity for everything that ships through it. What You'll Own - Dynatrace Hub: The central marketplace experience where customers discover, install, and manage apps and extensions. You'll define the vision for how the Hub evolves as a product, including search, curation, recommendations, and content quality. - App & Extension Release Process: The end-to-end pipeline through which apps and extensions are submitted, validated, certified, and released. You'll own the policies, tooling requirements, and workflows - working closely with engineering teams and the broader ecosystem to ensure a smooth, scalable, and reliable release process that balances speed with quality and security. - Developer & Publisher Experience: Partnering with DevEx and platform teams to ensure that the experience of building, publishing and maintaining apps and extensions for the Dynatrace platform is as seamless as consuming them. This includes go-to-market activities such as listing management, changelogs, release notes, versioning documentation, and marketplace content to ensure every app and extension presents a polished, trustworthy, and informative presence in the Hub. Your responsibilities - Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the Hub and app delivery experience, grounded in customer needs, ecosystem strategy, and business goals. - Own the release lifecycle for apps and extensions — from intake and validation through publishing, updates, and deprecation. - Establish and iterate on quality gates and governance models that scale with a growing ecosystem. - Partner deeply with engineering, developer experience, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive experiences. - Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and prioritize effectively. - Define success metrics and KPIs for the Hub (e.g., discovery rates, install conversion, time-to-publish, developer satisfaction) and use data to drive decisions. - Act as the voice of the ecosystem — advocating for the needs of app developers, extension authors, and end users alike. - Stay informed on industry trends in marketplace design, developer platforms, and ecosystem strategies (e.g., Salesforce AppExchange, AWS Marketplace, Atlassian Marketplace, VS Code Extensions). What will help you succeed - 2+ years of technical product management experience in a B2B environment, with prior success in setting product strategy and executing it based on research, data, and industry trends as well as scaling and optimizing. - Experience with marketplace platforms, app stores, or developer ecosystem products (e.g., plugin marketplaces, extension registries, SaaS app directories) giving you an intuition for discovery, distribution, release governance, and what makes an ecosystem thrive at scale.Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, shared infrastructure, mass storage databases, and Web apps - You have an entrepreneurial mindset to understand the business goals and needs and you are able to translate product strategy into business impact. - You can think big, but at the same time break things down into smaller components, and build high-level roadmaps from that - A solution – oriented mindset, finding the best compromise between usability, competitiveness and technical feasibility + scalability. - Clear sense of ownership and accountability, strong communication skills towards team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as a bias for action Why you will love being a Dynatracer• A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly. • Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research. • A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries. • An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow. • A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals. • A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all • A culture that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team. Compensation and Rewards - We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. - Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is € 74,000 up to € 92,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We’ve listed the salary range for transparency, but if your experience and skills bring unique value, we’d still love to hear from you — please apply even if you’re outside the range.
