Role Description Vous aurez pour missions d’animer des groupes de formation petite enfance en visio pour nos baby-sitters qui gardent des enfants de moins de 3 ans en sortie de crèche. Lors de cette formation, dont le contenu a été élaboré par Kinougarde, votre rôle sera de : - Former nos nounous sur les bons réflexes à adopter en lien avec la sécurité, l’hygiène et la santé des enfants - Elargir leurs connaissances sur le développement de l’enfant de 1 à 3 ans - Les évaluer grâce à leur participation active et leur capacité de progression - Répondre aux problématiques qu’elles rencontrent durant leur garde Vous serez vous-même formé et accompagné avant de pouvoir vous lancer en autonomie par notre coordinatrice petite enfance. Poste en 100% télétravail = pas de frais de déplacement !! CDD à pourvoir fin Mai jusqu'à Novembre 2026 Temps plein 35h Qualifications - Vous êtes bilingue en Anglais et en Français - Vous avez diplôme dans la petite enfance (bac +2 minimum). - Vous avez une expérience terrain auprès d’enfants. - Vous êtes pédagogue et à l’aise devant un auditoire. - Vous savez dynamiser et maitriser un groupe d’apprenants. - Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique et avec la visio.
