Customer Planning Manager

• The Kroger Customer Planning Manager will increase sales efficiency through strategic insights. • Collaborate with revenue growth management, finance, and demand teams. • Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets. • Maintain accurate promotional planning and spending information. • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply departments to ensure alignment. • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Effectively communicate strategies to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners. • Provide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry
  • Direct experience working with Kroger at the headquarters level
  • Hands-on experience with Market 6 and Kroger On Demand capabilities
  • Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools), Syndigo/1WorldSync, and Kroger new item setup processes
  • Experience operating across a hybrid route-to-market model, including Warehouse, KeHE, and DSD partners
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to align sales execution with strategic business goals through data-driven storytelling and insights
