• Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical dashboards in Power BI (and/or Looker), focused on product, operations, and business metrics; • Maintain and evolve data routines: extraction, transformation, validation, and consistency of information; • Perform analytical data modeling, ensuring efficient, scalable structures oriented for consumption by Product and Business teams; • Work extensively with SQL to analyze, transform, and optimize large volumes of data; • Lead requirements gathering with Product, Data, Technology teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions; • Create functional and technical documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data models; • Facilitate communication between diverse teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Business) on BI and Analytics projects; • Ensure the BI environment aligns with corporate IT standards, data best practices, and agile methodologies; • Perform data storytelling, turning data into clear narratives for decision-making; • Monitor and ensure the quality, reliability, and governance of the data used in analyses.

Design and develop dashboards and data visualization solutions using BI tools, automate processes for enhanced efficiency, and collaborate with clients to interface with various data systems and services.

• Responsible for advancing IAM through the redesign of structured processes, business intelligence, and AI-enabled automation • Evaluate L1 and L2 IAM workflows, identify inefficiencies and service gaps • Transform operational challenges into measurable improvement initiatives • Modernize workflows and introduce intelligent automation • Improve overall business impact, ease of service, and engagement with IAM services • Enhance the customer experience for internal stakeholders while strengthening efficiency and reliability of IAM operations • Partner with key business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve overall experience
