• Identify and develop key accounts, targeting national and international key accounts, especially large construction companies • Lead negotiations for framework agreements with key accounts • Conduct in-depth needs analyses for key accounts • Proactively identify upcoming large-scale projects and develop operational strategies • Develop and optimize tools, resources, and services for key account management • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profit margins • Track sales activity against budget targets and provide regular updates
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Proven background in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Well-organized, precise and thorough; self-motivated team player
- Willingness to travel across France and Europe approximately 60% of the time
- Strong knowledge and experience applying market strategy
- Advanced PowerPoint skills are a must
