Junior HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

Fresh Prints

• Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts. • Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar. • Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling. • Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments. • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines. • Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus
  • Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred.
