Global Warranty Recovery Analyst

Role Description The primary focus of this role is to manage and administer the operational aspects of the Warranty Recovery enterprise that supports the Commercial Recovery teams. The incumbent will handle end-to-end engagement with suppliers for all activities related to Supplier Warranty Claim administration based on assigned global commodities. This includes the creation of supplier claims and managing their complete lifecycle through to final closure and payment reconciliation between AGCO and suppliers. The role requires the use of global warranty tools and systems to engage suppliers effectively. It also involves providing clear reporting and data to support aligned commercial warranty recovery teams. The position plays a key role in adhering to and enforcing global warranty recovery processes. Consistency across tools, activities, and reporting is essential to optimize warranty recovery outcomes. The focus is on building an efficient operational framework that enables the global warranty recovery strategy. The Recovery Analyst will work closely with Commercial Recovery teams to align actions and priorities. Collaboration includes supplier strategy, escalation management, reporting, and KPI tracking. Emphasis is placed on improving functional efficiency and turnaround times. - Manage end-to-end warranty recovery claim lifecycle, including claim review, batching, submission to suppliers, investigation, and timely closure. - Drive supplier communication and follow-ups by handling responses, resolving queries, addressing non-responsiveness, and supporting escalation processes. - Ensure system accuracy and efficiency by maintaining data integrity, resolving exceptions, setting up automation/escalation rules, and updating learning rules in APEX. - Oversee payment and reconciliation processes, including posting credit/debit notes, tracking outstanding payments, and coordinating with finance/accounting to resolve discrepancies. - Support commercial and negotiation activities by providing data insights, supplier performance analysis, and detailed case studies for escalations and decision-making. Qualifications - 3 years’ experience in Durable Goods, Heavy Equipment and/or Agriculture industry with Commercial Negotiations skills. - Experience in successfully interfacing within a large Global enterprise across multiple support sites and functions. - Strong business acumen. - High competency in electronic business systems and tools. - Persistence to follow tasks to completion. Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required. Work Type: Remote employee Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - 5 years minimum experience in accounting/finance with 3 years in reimbursement or cost reporting. - Working knowledge of hospital patient accounting, general ledger, and decision support systems (Epic, Strata, or equivalent). - Knowledge of pass-through payment structures, lump sum adjustments, and interim rate reconciliation. - Organ Acquisition, 340B, and IRIS experience preferred. - Ability to communicate complex reimbursement concepts clearly to finance, clinical, and operational stakeholders. - Experience interfacing with MACs, CMS, and state agencies during audits, desk reviews, and appeals. - Comfortable managing multiple filing deadlines and regulatory timelines simultaneously. Requirements - Master's Degree in finance or accounting preferred. - 7 years minimum experience with at least 5 years in reimbursement or cost reporting preferred.
