• Independently manage all stages of application development, shape requirements, and lead engineering projects relating to the Termius backend. • Share responsibility for testing, releasing, and maintaining the backend codebase and related developer tools and processes. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence product development. • Communicate with our users to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their success with our platform. • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and security. • Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality throughout the codebase. • Automate tasks and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows. • Troubleshoot and fix complex backend and infrastructure issues. • Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and trends.

• Develop the card configurator across frontend and backend components and continuously expand its functionality • Implement new card products and integrate them into various systems to ensure a consistent customer experience • Build and enhance applications for wedding and event customers, including interactive tools, content handling, and data-driven improvements • Contribute to technical solution designs together with senior engineers, leveraging engagement and observability metrics to ensure scalable architecture, high code quality, and impactful features

• Lead platform and data engineering functions that power Cyroport Systems • Define and execute multi quarter technology, platform, and data roadmaps aligned with business objectives • Establish data and AI infrastructure including data lakes, pipelines, and governance frameworks • Integrate predictive analytics and AI models into products and operations • Build, mentor, and retain senior engineering talent; promote diversity, inclusion and accountability • Implement scaled Agile delivery processes and maintain performance dashboards for velocity, reliability, and quality • Govern technology budgets and resource allocation across projects and platforms
