• Design and implement a production-ready RAG architecture using Vertex AI, Gemini, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) • Enable AI models to safely and reliably use business data from systems like Greenhouse, HubSpot, and QuickBooks • Build ingestion pipelines for unstructured data (documents, emails, logs) • Design agent-based systems and state machines that reason, retain context, and complete multi-step tasks • Build AI-driven workflows for use cases like recruiting operations and financial analysis • Own the architecture of a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS/ERP-style platform • Design for data isolation, permissions, auditability, and compliance • Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform across AWS and GCP • Build backend services using TypeScript/Node.js and Python • Design event-driven systems with queues, retries, idempotency, and DLQs • Integrate external systems via REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhooks • Own observability, reliability, and production readiness • Lead code reviews and enforce PR standards • Own GitHub repositories and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Implement secure SDLC practices (secrets, environments, branch protection) • Drive release discipline (versioning, tagging, changelogs) • Partner closely with product, leadership, and clients • Translate operational problems into scalable AI architectures with measurable outcomes • Clearly communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

• Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions using the Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate) • Participate in workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business requirements • Implement integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs • Conduct PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and demos to showcase configured Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions • Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments • Generate technical documentation to enable successful transition to customers • Perform quality assurance to ensure the solutions function as expected • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features

• Lead technical onboarding and enablement programs to drive high customer adoption and satisfaction. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer teams, understanding their goals and challenges. • Plan and deliver regular Business Value Reviews to demonstrate progress toward customers’ goals, product usage, and realized value. • Proactively monitor customer health and usage metrics. • Deliver hands-on support in the Infrastructure-as-Code module. • Guide customers in building and improving Internal Developer Platforms on Kubernetes. • Contribute your expertise to new domains such as Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI). • Act as the voice of the customer internally.

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end service solutions, including Break/Fix, Managed Services, and multivendor support. • Assess technical feasibility, cost elements, and profitability of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with NCR’s business objectives. • Own the internal approval process for service proposals prior to customer submission. • Drive the creation and negotiation of customer contracts through to signature. • Collaborate with global teams and partners to build scalable, multi-region service models. • Deliver compelling presentations and documentation that clearly articulate the business value of proposed services. • Support the development of reusable assets including design templates, proposal documents, and pre-sales materials. • Challenge commercial models to enhance competitiveness and customer value. • Ensure timely delivery of comprehensive service design documentation.
