Copilot Studio Architect – Microsoft Services Consulting
Cyclotron, Inc.
• Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions using the Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate) • Participate in workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business requirements • Implement integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs • Conduct PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and demos to showcase configured Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions • Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments • Generate technical documentation to enable successful transition to customers • Perform quality assurance to ensure the solutions function as expected • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features
Job Requirements
- 6+ years working in professional services in a consulting role
- 6+ years of experience in Power Platform
- Proven experience with Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience in developing and registering custom Power Platform plugins
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) preferred
- Strong understanding of best practices for environments, security, permissions, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Angular is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management
- Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies is desirable
- Preferred certifications: PL 900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant, PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
