• Source new opportunities through outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and social media • Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the funnel • Research target companies, identify key decision makers, and collaborate with our AE on pipeline strategies • Stay current on Fulltime's product and the trades industry to speak credibly with prospects • Track your activity and performance daily to continuously improve

Job Requirements

  • Are genuinely curious about customers and motivated to grow a career in sales
  • Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Are a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and comfort operating in undefined processes
  • Are fluent in English and French, written and verbal
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
  • Prior CRM experience
  • An interest in AI and enthusiasm for bringing modern tools to traditional industries
  • Familiarity with the trades or home services industry
