Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations, with a proven track record of designing and rolling out global partner networks at high-growth B2B SaaS leaders
  • 4+ years working with "Business of Partnerships" and can build financial models showing how ecosystem investments yield material revenue growth
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at influencing stakeholders across time zones and departments without formal authority
  • Deep expertise in the modern RevOps and Partner tech stack (Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PRM platforms like PartnerStack/Allbound)
  • The Pigment Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in "build mode," and possess "Ambition with Humility."
  • Proven track record of scaling a partner program from initial setup to a global, multi-million dollar transaction engine
  • Experience managing a program that spans multiple partner types: Global SIs, Boutique Consultancies, and Technology Alliances
  • Superior communication and executive presence to engage with C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Understanding of the FP&A/EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or Business Intelligence landscape
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred

Academic rank, compensation and appointment type will be based on qualifications and experience. Candidates must have demonstrated ability in teaching and in scholarly productivity in one or more specialty areas in radiology. Minimum requirements are an M.D or equivalent degree, eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota, board certified or board eligible, completion of ACGME accredited radiology residency training. Completion of a neuroradiology fellowship is preferred.
