Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto or B2B domains.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute against the product roadmap.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business analysts, and other internal stakeholders, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Experience in improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess system requirements and user workflows.
  • Strong documentation and requirements writing skills.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modeling notations and architecture visualization, such as BPMN, UML, C4, etc.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and data formats.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • English proficiency: B2–C1.
