Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a Director of Engineering or Principal TPM overseeing global scale systems
- Expert-level implementation of DORA or SPACE frameworks
- Experience leading change management with budgets exceeding $50M+
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical proposals into executive briefs

Role Description Vous exercerez vos fonctions au sein de la cellule contrôle technique de la DREAL des Pays de la Loire, basée à Nantes (44). Le poste est prioritairement orienté vers des missions administratives. - Instruction des dossiers d'agrément, suivi réglementaire, préparation des actes administratifs (arrêtés préfectoraux de sanctions administratives) et gestion de la messagerie fonctionnelle. - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du programme régional de surveillance des centres après une phase de formation et de compagnonnage. Vous aurez comme missions principales : - Missions administratives : - Instruire les demandes d'agrément des contrôleurs (initiaux, modifications, renouvellements, annulations) et des centres de contrôle technique. - Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord de suivi des dossiers et contribuer à la qualité des procédures. - Veiller à la mise à jour réglementaire. - Contribuer à la rédaction des arrêtés préfectoraux de sanctions administratives. - Rédiger les comptes rendus de réunions contradictoires préalables aux sanctions administratives. - Gérer la boîte fonctionnelle « CT » et répondre aux sollicitations des usagers et partenaires. - Surveillance et contrôle des centres de contrôle technique : - Mener des opérations (visite de centre, supervision de contrôleurs) de surveillance des centres de contrôle technique VL et CL. - Contribuer à la stratégie régionale de contrôle en lien étroit avec le chef de la cellule contrôle technique. - Participer aux opérations CODAF organisées pour lutter contre les fraudes de grande ampleur. - Mener des procédures de sanction à l'encontre des centres et des contrôleurs. - Participer aux visites initiales d'ouverture de centres. Vous rejoindrez une équipe sympathique et dynamique, constituée d'un chef de cellule et de 4 collaborateurs. Vos missions et l'organisation de la division pourront être adaptées selon votre profil, des compétences effectives des collègues présents et des nécessités du service dans un contexte permanent d'évolution de l'environnement réglementaire et du tissu industriel. Concernant la partie surveillance des centres, votre montée en compétence s'accompagnera, pendant les quatre premiers mois, d'un compagnonnage. Votre attention est appelée sur la couverture régionale des activités et les nombreux déplacements réguliers sur toute la région Pays de la Loire. Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 What the Manager of Technology Strategy will do: Implement and manage Sensor Tower data connections using APIs, SQL, Python, Snowflake, and orchestration tools.
