The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring their ideas are clearly translated into structured plans and effectively communicated to the internal team. Nice to Have: Russian language skills are a significant advantage; Experience with project management software (e.g., ActiveCollab, Jira); Familiarity with design workflow tools (e.g., Figma); Passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process. • Directs complex projects often involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners • Leads a variety of different types of projects including launch of new products and services, application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments • Develops and oversees financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures • Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle • Facilitates large-level, multi-disciplinary planning sessions and executive-level project meetings • Serves as a project subject matter expert, routinely briefs key stakeholders

• Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously. • Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation including: Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas and meeting minutes. • Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements. • Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel. • Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management task assignments and reporting. • Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.
