Our diverse team is located in different parts of the world, but the main locations are Europe and the USA. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join us remotely. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring their ideas are clearly translated into structured plans and effectively communicated to the internal team. Responsibilities: Independently manage multiple digital projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle; Lead project meetings, clearly communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; Ensure projects are properly scoped, estimated, resourced, and executed in alignment with client expectations and internal standards; Drive cross-functional collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals; Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track performance against defined metrics; Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, implementing corrective actions when needed; Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all artifacts are structured and accessible; Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows. Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency environment; Proven experience managing 5–6 projects simultaneously, including medium to large-scale digital initiatives; Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; Ability to independently make decisions and take ownership of project outcomes; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience leading remote, cross-functional teams; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments; Advanced spoken and written English suitable for direct client communication. Nice to Have: Russian language skills are a significant advantage; Experience with project management software (e.g., ActiveCollab, Jira); Familiarity with design workflow tools (e.g., Figma); Passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process. • Directs complex projects often involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners • Leads a variety of different types of projects including launch of new products and services, application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments • Develops and oversees financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures • Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle • Facilitates large-level, multi-disciplinary planning sessions and executive-level project meetings • Serves as a project subject matter expert, routinely briefs key stakeholders

• Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously. • Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation including: Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas and meeting minutes. • Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements. • Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel. • Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management task assignments and reporting. • Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.

• Develop, own and track project lifecycle for web development, Salesforce customization, and other enterprise application initiatives. • Gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans and schedules. • Coordinate work across in–house, contract, and vendor teams (including web developers, IT, marketing, and Salesforce consultants). • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks. • Identify SME’s and Stakeholders to enable cross functional collaboration and aid in developing technically aligned processes. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and drive solutions to keep projects on track. • Developing and owning the life cycle of QA/testing and ensure successful delivery, launch, and post–launch support. • Manage project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications. • Support process improvement and adoption of digital tools across the firm.
