Sleeman Breweries Ltd.
• Drive sales growth and manage the assigned territory • Achieve sales, revenue, and territory growth targets • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers • Advise customers on Sleeman products, promotions, and sales opportunities • Collaborate with customers to develop their business plans and establish priorities • Work with Sales Management and customers to set spending budgets and establish objectives • Analyze sales data and leverage territory knowledge to identify opportunities and execute sales plans • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards • Participate in team meetings and provide relevant local insights to Sales Management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field
- Experience executing sales plans (an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using computer tools
- Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual in French and English required for interactions with anglophone customers
- Ability to consistently represent the company’s core values

What you'll do This isn't just about closing deals. It's about raising the bar for how Cryptio sells and building a strong foundation for our New York office.
