Demonstrated ability to translate nuanced KPI discussions (GMV, margin metrics, ASP, refunds, etc.) into governed, scalable enterprise data models. Experience improving query performance and reducing TCO across the data lifecycle while balancing trade-offs between speed, flexibility, and governance. Success partnering with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, CX, Technology, and executive stakeholders to align on metrics, roadmap priorities, and scalable data foundations.
