Job Description
Director, CX Partners and Alliances
Miratech
• Define and operationalize the CX partner ecosystem strategy — selecting, prioritizing, and investing in vendor relationships that materially drive revenue growth across Co-Sell, Sell-Thru, Sell-To, and R&D models. • Lead joint GTM and co-sell execution: Build and run partner-specific GTM plans that drive qualified pipeline through coordinated co-sell motions with partner sales teams. • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue: Establish targets, track performance, and ensure partners materially contribute to pipeline creation, deal velocity, and closed revenue. • Position Miratech as the delivery and execution engine: Embed Miratech’s engineering, implementation, and managed services capabilities into partner sales motions as the default delivery path. • Enable sellers and partners to win together: Equip Miratech and partner sellers with the messaging, offers, enablement assets, and deal support required to execute effectively in the field. • Operationalize partner performance and accountability: Own cadence, reporting, and governance to inspect pipeline, remove friction, and continuously optimize partner outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven CX partnership leadership: 10+ years building and scaling alliances with CX, CCaaS, or adjacent enterprise SaaS vendors, with direct ownership of partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
- Hands-on GTM and co-sell execution experience: Demonstrated success leading joint GTM motions, working directly with partner sales teams, and closing deals through co-sell, sell-with, and sell-thru models.
- Strong services and delivery orientation: Deep understanding of how engineering, implementation, and managed services attach to software sales and drive customer outcomes, renewals, and expansion.
- Commercial and operational rigor: Ability to forecast, inspect pipeline, manage deal flow, and hold partners accountable to measurable performance metrics.
- Executive-level communication and influence: Comfortable operating with VP- and C-level stakeholders internally and at partner organizations, with the ability to align strategy and drive decisions.
- Bias for outcomes over activity: Track record of prioritizing revenue, adoption, and customer impact over program optics, tier status, or vanity metrics.
Benefits
- Competitive pay and benefits : enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program.
- ForeverRemote work culture : make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.
- Growth mindset : reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.
- Global impact : collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.
- Welcoming multicultural environment : be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.
- Social sustainability values : join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
