• Launch & upgrade chains: standups, hard-forks, snapshots, pruning, clean rollbacks. • Automate everything: modules, golden images, CI/CD, zero-touch deploys across regions. • Run K8s at scale: safe rollouts, HPA/VS/ingress tuning, capacity & cost plans that hold up. • Own incidents: lead SEV0–2, publish RCAs, and ship the change that prevents a replay. • Build signal, not noise: SLOs/error budgets, useful dashboards, alerts that only page when users hurt. • Code where it counts: write/extend tools (snapshots, replay/load, state sync checks); occasionally patch client bugs that bite production and upstream when it’s worth it.

• Monitor daily fiat and crypto asset balances across bank accounts, custodial wallets, hot wallets, and cold wallets. • Support liquidity planning to ensure uninterrupted trading, withdrawals, and settlements. • Manage inter-wallet and inter-account fund movements while maintaining segregation of customer and company funds. • Oversee hot/cold wallet operations, including address management, whitelisting, and approvals. • Coordinate blockchain transactions, fee optimization, and transaction confirmations. • Reconcile on-chain transactions with internal ledger and exchange systems. • Monitor deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, and settlement cycles. • Support bank account onboarding, KYC, and ongoing compliance documentation. • Support implementation of treasury controls related to private key management, multi-sig approvals, and access rights. • Monitor counterparty risk related to custodians, liquidity providers, and stablecoin issuers. • Prepare daily treasury dashboards covering fiat balances, crypto holdings, wallet positions, and liquidity ratios. • Perform daily reconciliations between blockchain data, exchange records, and accounting systems. • Ensure treasury operations comply with applicable multi-jurisdictional regulations. • Support internal and external audits related to digital asset custody and proof-of-reserves. • Identify process gaps and recommend controls for scaling treasury operations. • Coordinate closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams. • Provide guidance to junior treasury or operations staff. • Act as backup for Treasury Manager during absence.

• Lead Xsolla ZK business development and ecosystem partnerships in the EMEA region • Identify and engage with web3 and traditional game studios, and blockchain infrastructure partners to establish and close partnerships and deals • Design and negotiate deal structures that include partnership and regional community incentives • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects onboarding to Xsolla ZK in the EMEA region • Contribute to the evolution of go-to-market strategy for the ZK ecosystem, including brand positioning and narrative, token utility, and ecosystem value loops • Represent Xsolla at Web3 and gaming conferences, hackathons, and investor/demo events

• Serve as the local director, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry bodies. • Oversee licensing applications and renewals, working closely with the Legal team. • Guarantee all operations comply with local laws and company policies. • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions. • Collaborate with the Product team to optimize payment channel integrations and performance. • Nurture relationships with existing partners drive long-term collaboration and growth. • Lead initiatives to increase user acquisition, market share, and revenue for RedotPay’s offerings. • Work with the Operations team to enhance local service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities. • Develop and execute local go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
