Project Eleven

• Owning the security posture of our institutional product end-to-end: threat models, secure design reviews, sensitive operational procedures, incident response • Partnering with engineering on secure design across our backend systems, including review of cryptographic protocols and integrations • Building out our application security program: secure SDLC, code review standards, supply chain hardening, dependency scanning, secrets management • Establishing and operating vulnerability management, penetration testing cadence, and bug bounty as we scale • Developing our incident response capability: runbooks, on-call rotation, postmortem culture • Collaborating on our compliance program (SOC 2 Type II as the first milestone) and establishing controls, policies, and evidence collection that hold up to institutional due diligence • Acting as the security voice in customer conversations, due diligence questionnaires, and security reviews with institutional buyers

• Own the development of user-facing blockchain applications with a strong focus on security, usability, and reliability • Design and implement high-quality user interfaces for interacting with blockchain wallets and transaction flows • Integrate frontend applications with security-critical core libraries without re-implementing sensitive logic • Ensure safe handling of user inputs, permissions, error states, and edge cases in blockchain interactions • Collaborate closely with backend, protocol, and security engineers to align UX with system constraints and guarantees • Build and maintain scalable component architectures and frontend state management solutions • Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility • Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and security considerations

• Own and evolve a security-critical core library used by multiple applications and runtimes • Design, implement, and maintain execution logic for blockchain transactions, signing flows, and protocol interactions • Build and maintain robust abstractions over blockchain RPCs, transaction construction, and network interactions • Enforce strict security boundaries around key handling, signing, and cryptographic operations • Define and uphold API stability guarantees, versioning strategy, and backward-compatibility policies • Contribute to internal security standards, documentation, and engineering best practices

• Research, design and build high-fidelity proof-of-concepts for upcoming features • Serve as a bridge to the Product Engineering team, providing cryptographic guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting for complex protocol-level issues • Uphold rigorous security standards and best-practice cryptographic principles before they transition to production • Own and maintain key R&D initiatives and drive community contributions • Work closely with clients and partners, helping them to navigate and implement post-quantum migrations • Monitor the evolving blockchain and post-quantum cryptography landscape, identifying emerging threats or new primitives for adoption • Translate complex concepts into digestible technical blog posts, documentation, and whitepapers solidifying P11's thought leadership in the space

• Design, implement, and maintain long-lived smart contracts intended for production use and high-value deployments • Own contract architecture decisions including upgradeability, storage layout, initialization, and lifecycle management • Identify, mitigate, and document security risks related to smart contracts and on-chain protocol logic • Prepare contracts for external audits, respond to findings, and implement remediation safely • Develop comprehensive test suites including unit tests, integration tests, fork testing, and fuzzing • Manage contract deployments, upgrades, and post-deployment monitoring in live environments • Collaborate with off-chain engineers to ensure safe and consistent interaction between on-chain and off-chain systems • Evaluate and adopt relevant standards and best practices within the smart contract ecosystem

• Act as a thought partner on product design by contributing to product strategy and user experience direction • Apply best-in-class UI/UX design principles to create high-quality Figma designs, prototypes, and user flows that engineering can implement with clarity • Work closely with the product lead and engineering to ensure design intent is preserved from concept through production • Partner with the exec team to help conceive and evolve a cohesive brand and visual identity across product, web, documentation, and external communications • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative insights • Contribute to product planning and roadmap discussions from a design perspective • Operate comfortably in a high-ambiguity environment, moving fast with imperfect information, and pivoting direction as new insights emerge

• Own end-to-end business development, from pipeline creation through deal close • Build and manage senior relationships with L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and infrastructure providers • Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including enterprise contracts and strategic partnerships • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope paid engagements and technical deliverables • Develop pricing, packaging, and repeatable go-to-market motions • Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline reporting • Represent Project Eleven in high-stakes conversations with founders, executives, and boards

• Execute Project Eleven’s content and messaging across blog, website, newsletters, and social channels • Translate research, engineering work, and partnerships into clear marketing and product assets • Implement product launches, announcements, and ongoing campaigns • Coordinate with PR partners on press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership • Manage social channels (X, LinkedIn) and support audience growth initiatives • Support conference presence, events, and ecosystem initiatives • Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all external touchpoints • Track performance metrics and report insights to inform iteration and improvement
