Account Executive
RemotePass
• Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use RemotePass for their global workforce needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how RemotePass can add value. • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients. • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass in the marketplace. • Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with remote-first companies or international clients.
- Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry.
- Fluency in another language (preferably a European language or Arabic).
